I don't know if someone know that I just downloaded Samsung music app from Samsung app store and when you play song from your phone.. There is the light glowing from all edge of your phone. Look very cool specially when you play in dark environment. Just let you guys know.

I really wish they'd use edge lighting more. The edge notification light is iffy at best, but if any notification or calls would come in with light on the edges not only while the phone was facing down, that would be cool and something people would surely notice.

Mine lights up with texts while i am using the phone.

I'm using the Samsung music App as well. I have to say that my edge lighting is pretty iffy also.

I like it but I don't use it. The Samsung music player doesn't have proper gapless playback. That is must for any music player I use.

I have used the Samsung music player ever since I got the s5. On this phone, it is pretty cool that the edges light up when the music plays. I prefer this app over any music player app. Have never had issues with it

I have been mainly using PowerAmp, but I noticed too that the Samsung Music app is really cool - it's greatly improved I think and the edge lighting makes it look nice. I like to use it every now and then since PowerAmp is getting a bit long in the tooth without much update to the UI.

The Skip Silences option doesn't do the trick? I haven't tried it so not sure if it really does eliminate pauses, though.

It's my favorite Music app. Definitely miss it when I was using moto Z, LG G6.

You might want to check out Neutron, especially if you have upper end sound system and the dev is always improving and updating it.

Yeah, I tried that option and it didn't work as well. It's a shame because I really wanted to use it. I liked the design of the app.

Oh wow, thanks - it looks really nice and yes the fidelity is very important to me - so I am always wary about the music apps. This one looks serious - I'll check it out!
