Samsung Music App

After the 4.3 upgrade, the Samsung Music app randomly starts up on my S4. This has become beyond annoying. Have done a battery pull but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem! I have no idea how to turn it off. So far all I can do is force close it. I have no idea if this will help because I just did it. Its extremely annoying because I have my music player in my lock screen also and they both look so alike. I notice the Samsung music player is more of a advertisement player. Just recommends songs to me of artist I have on my phone.

Here is how to turn off the Samsung Music app to stop if from ever loading automatically. But only if you will never use it. From the Home screen, tap Menu, Settings, More (Tab), Application manager. Then scroll over to the ALL list and scroll down to Samsung Music. Tap Samsung Music and tap Turn off button and choose OK. That's it! You will see the pause symbol in the tray disappear and it will never start again.
