samsung note 10.1 2014 keeps rebooting.

I already did a factory reset but still happening. The frequency changes. Sometimes minutes, sometimes an hour.
Don't have an SD card in it now.
Does have a Sim card for tmobile

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28805

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Many with Note/Tab Pros have the same issue. They will reboot sometimes when the battery is down to ~25% or lower. I've seen this in a 12.2 and a 10.1 (2014 Edition). The fix many times is supposedly the re-soldering of the six solder joints to the motherboard on the battery connector. Those joints can develop cracks which will cause any manner of battery charge issues.

Replace your battery. The OS is getting erroneous readings from the battery indicating it has charge left but doesn't. This happened to my wife's Tab Pro 8.4 and it's like brand new with a new battery. I was going to do the same with my Note 10.1, but I pretty much use the Tab Pro 8.4 and never touch the Note (I set my wife up with a Tab S2 so the Tab Pro is mine now).

There are a number of causes of erroneous charge readings. Bad battery is but one. Batteries have been replaced, even by Samsung, only to find the problem still exists.
