I just replaced the glass on my Samsung Note 2 and now there are certain buttons that aren't working on the touch screen. The S-pen is working just fine. It is mainly where the back space key is.
If you did the replacement yourself, it's likely that you didn't connect it properly. If you have insurance through your carrier or a third party service, I'd suggest taking it back to them and having professionals do it.
