i have had the same problem. but i found when away from my home wi-fi it didn't send message the min. i pull in driveway wi-fi connects and i get the message right away.

Have you tried to turn off Knox as a device administrator? Settings>general>security>device administrators. Uncheck Knox and see if that makes it go away

Interesting, I was about to open a thread on this, strange that so many others are seeing the same thing... I have not sideloaded anything, so I assume knox is being over protective as some say. Having said so, I have knox disabled as a device manager, so I am not sure how to fix it.

I didnt install the knox n any other samsung app... And i didnt rec such msg.. Pretty clean so far..

With me it started 2 days ago.
I closed knox but no result, the same massages keep coming. The only fault application is knox; i did not install apps lately. I downloaded the app "knox disabled" but it crashes en it don't shut down knox !!!
Now there is a new message with my sd card. It closes down says that it is removed and i can't reach the data anymore. Very strange because i did not do anything; the card is still there. When i remove the sd card the messages from knox (prevention ... etc) keep coming.
I am sure that the trouble started with the new software update from Samsung for not 3 because there were nog new changes or updates for other apps as far as i know..

I'm curious as to what would happen if you cleared the cache and data from the know apps through the applications manager. I haven't had any of the errors yet so I have no way of testing.

Hi, had the same problem on Galaxy S4. As someone said you can recreate this by disabling and enabling the wifi. After that, a long press on this msg in the shades, will give you option to see app details. Its KNOX manager. Than you will get option to disable the app, force stop. Problem solved. Chcked all apps are working. Restarted the device, all good and running.

I agree. I opted to not show the message for 30 days. But Im hoping the problem gets fixed. Im also getting UI stopped working messages too.

This is a post I'd made in another thread on how I got rid of it. I believe it happens when you restore backups either TB or extracting data from nandroids. I haven't seen it since Monday......my methods extreme but so far so good.

Try this:


When you see the massage try to tap on it (hold it long, then you see app info) Tap on it and you see knox.
Clear in this app all geathered app info and cache. Then stop the Knox app.. Start your phone again.
With me the messages are gone for several hours now.

The only problem still left is a system-UI and mij sd card is nog recognosed anymore.

I have tried the ur way to uncheck Knox Notification and it was already unchecked. So do u think resetting my phone will be the best choice to make this annoying problem stop?

Knox was already unchecked when I went to security>device administrators. Have you found any other cause?:-[

I have Knox turned off and unchecked in Device Administrator, that stopped it for me. I probably rebooted but don't remember I haven't had it happen since Oct 24.

Mines starting to do this today as well. Between this and the unstable msg I get every ten minutes this phone is really starting to be a pain in the ****!

I have had many phones .. I switch phones about every 6 to 8 months and this phone has been terrible. My return period is almost up .. I think unfortunately it's going back just wish I had not sold my S4 to get it
