hey guys i have samsung note 3 , for some reason my phone doesnt have mobile and networks in its settings and also crucially doesnt have APN access point name settings installed on the phone only VPN for some reason and this beig i can not purchase data from my phone company i can only use wifi to msg friends. Is there a way to install APN settings on this phone or its due to the manufacturer

Welcome to the forums! It's odd that the device does not have that setting included in you might want to double check to make sure. Otherwise, try a factory reset and see if that option reappears.

Have you checked settings>connections>more nerwork>mobile network?
