Samsung Note 4 - AT&T - Major Problems after 5.0.1 update (HELP)

Model - Samsung SM-N910A
Verizon - 5.0.1
Baseband - N910AUCU1COC4
Kernel - 3.10.40-4160876
Build - LRX22C

OK I updated to 5.0.1 and it seemed to cause issues.. So I did a Wipe Cache Partition - then went back and did again - then went back and wiped device ... let it load everything and did it again to make sure..

I have done this 5x in 3 weeks. ITs getting old..

I have problems with very poor battery life now
I have problems with apps locking up (Gallery and camera)
No I haven't loaded anything extra (more than what loads by default)
the phone just runs choppy and slow - apps lock up and crash - and it sucks

I called ATT and nothing is being done now
I called Samsung and they say Google knows of the issue and is working on it but nothing more they can do..
I called Google and they say they don't know of any issues and wont support it since it isn't a Google Phone..

UGGGG

What can I do..

thanks
Patrick

** I FEEL YOUR PAIN BROTHER **
Note 4 - AT&T
Model - Samsung SM-N910A
Android Ver. - 5.0.1
Baseband - N910AUCU1COC4
Kernel - 3.10.40-4160876
Build - LRX22C

I'm having the same DAMN problem! My phone is about no more than 7months old and in 'Excellent Cond.' It was working AWESOME until recent; I've been noticing a faster loss of battery life, phone lag and the occasional screen freeze...along with the more annoying 'Camera/Gallery freezing & glitches'!!!
All this after updating Android!!! :-\
I thought it was my phone going bad, now I see its an Android/Samsung Software Issue!
Someone...(Samsung, Android, Google) whomever....sh!t even Apple!!!
PLZ get working on the Fixes
thanks

Re: Samsung Note 4 - AT&T - Major Problems after 5.0.1 update (HELP)

Actually AT&T is aware of a small number of AT&T Note 4 users having issues. I've discussed this with them and they are talking with their Samsung rep about getting an update.

You need to talk to AT&T about known issues, have ever them search, ask to be transferred to a supervisor if necessary. They want info from people having issues, to pass along to Samsung.
