Samsung Note 8.0 charging problems, what can I do to fix them?

samsung note 8.0 charging problems

I tried several chargers and cables that work with my other Samsung tablets. This one particular tablet is not charging consistently. Last night I left it on for 12 hours and woke to 25%. Occasionally it will charge to 100% but it takes forever. I've updated the software with no result.

Welcome to the forums. It might be an issue with either the USB port or the battery. Do you have any local repair shops that can confirm that is the issue?
