When power save (medium) is on and I say "OK Google" the google asst does not respond, but if not in power save mode it works fine. Bixby works in either scenario.
I have looked online and there are many answers that claim to fix this issue but none of them have proved to be worth a beans. The latest being the items on this google search - http://preview.tinyurl.com/ydxrbsww . The option to add "Google" to the monitored apps or to turn off the optimization of this app are not available at all, there is no "Google" in either list.
I have even gone as far as contacting Samsung whom are at a loss as well.
Well here is my problem... let me know what you think and any ideas you might have to fix it beyond turning power save mode off or using the home key to make it work.
