Samsung notes list accidentally deleted

[Android Central Question]

I create shopping lists in Samsung notes. While shopping with the app open, i will somehow accidentally delete all or a portion of the list. I dont know what I do that causes this or how to save my list so it cant be accidentally deleted. Any help would be appreciated.
