Samsung Number Reporting

I heard about court documents proving Samsung wrongly beefs up their unit sales figures to make it look as though they ship/sell more units than reality.

Is there any truth to what I heard? If so, is their a source?

I doubt thats real. Thats false advertisement and it would be a huge lawsuit.
