Samsung Pass Sync

Hoping someone can help with this issue, I like to use Samsung Pass on my phones, however, I always wondered why my password dont sync on a new phone or when I do a restore ect. Today I noticed that under the sync settings, Samsung pay is stuck on "cant sync data". I've tried turning off sync and back on, cleared cache. Google comes up empty, seems people get the run around with Samsung support. Anyone else experienced this before?Screenshot_20200125-111056_Samsung%20Cloud.jpeg
 
That's what I thought too, it shows "sign in information ", thought that meant it needed my sign in information but that's actually referring to its storing sign in information. Clicking on it just turns the sync off and back on. I am definitely signed into my Samsung Cloud account and I have plenty storage available.

I'm trying to log in first time to my Samsung pass it wont let me after I try putting fingerprint to sign in say cant recognize at this time
 
Hmm, I can open and log into the app without any problems, I get the pop ups to auto fill, everything works fine but it just wont sync. If you go to Samsung Cloud > synced apps, that's where I am seeing that issue. I just figured this out because I got a note 10+ and when I enabled sam pass, none of my passwords were there from my old s10. So, I went through the annoying process of re-saving all my passwords. I ended up resetting my note and now poof, all gone again :(

Ok I will play around with this later and report back
 
I think there's a issue with Samsung pass , I tried clearing cache,data,force stop it still wont let me in , then I uninstalled the update to it and same issue.

Sorry we couldn't help much, but also, given Samsung's track record, you can bet that at some point, Samsung Pass is going to, well, pass... so I suggest you stick to a more reliable long-term solution (I really recommend LastPass).
 
I had the same issue on my note 9. I never could get it to work. Samsung couldn't help and it wouldn't work even after a factory reset. now it's working fine on my 10 +. I thought this was just a note 9 issue that they finally fixed , but I guess not.
