Samsung Pay - Cards auto removed

Has anyone been literally booted out of Samsung Pay? I received emails today that my AMEX, BOA, and other cards were removed from Samsung Pay. I then got a notification from the app that basically looked like it was updated and starting over. Why would it remove all of my cards like that?

It's just so weird....I honestly don't plan to add them back.
