Samsung Pay not working with Fingerprint (only pin) - T-Mobile Note 7

Hi Everyone:

Is anyone else having issues with Samsung Pay not working with the fingerprint to start payment? It was working well on my S7 Edge, but with the Note7, If I swipe up the credit card for Samsung Pay, then touch the fingerprint sensor, I get an error "Payment Error" "Failed to complete your payment. Try again."

Using my Samsung Pay pin worked fine.

No. It's been working fine. Did you try another finger? Try reinstalling the app.

Thanks Arsenio. I Googled it and found someone on Reddit had this issue with the S7 Edge and used his solution, which was to go to Settings in Samsung Pay, turn "Use fingerprint" off, and then turn it back on again. Problem solved.
