Samsung Pay work on International Note 5 - AT&T as carrier??

I am looking at purchasing a Note5 - gold - unlocked - international (because I want gold) phone. I will use AT&T as my carrier. Will I be able to install Samsung Pay??

Nope, not unless you get a phone from the region where Samsung Pay has been released. So far only Korea and the US have Samsung Pay.

I couldn't find the app to dl when I had the gold international (I'm on AT&T as well).
