Samsung Phone: Not finding tones I have added, where might they be?

Yes tried putting them in music folder the ringtones then transfering within the file manager to ringtones folder and notification.
No change.
Must be a setting somewhere stopping it
Really dont know.

Long press my files app tap info and scroll to storage, clear data, cache and force stop it and try again

No change at all. I was hoping to change notifications at least, but can't access the ones I have added still.

Strangely I can now access 2 or 3 of the tones I added. Not all of them though. They just show up when I try and change a ringtone or notification.
Was trying today to change the message tone on my phone & also the gmail tone
But the tones were still hidden
Can't understand why as always been able to do that on other phones.

Strange I had download from zedge a notification tone skyline and moved it within my files from download folder to notification folder without issues and shows up in notification list

Also in settings >sounds>ringtones the main page there in the upper right corner tap plus to add to your ringtones collection showing my 2nd screen shot

Hi yes that worked thanks! Except mine downloaded to zedge folder then I transferred to tones folders.
Zedge has heck of a lot of adverts lol.

Nice yeah they have lot of ringtones, wallpaper etc. Not sure why yours previously dont show .
