Samsung promo $30 accessory skipped at time of ordering.

When I ordered my American N20U last week , I skipped the $30 accessories credit that was presented to me. What I don't understand is that its listed under my order. How do I go about being to use it now. I wasn't aware that I could have bought a case with it at the time. Cheers

Did you elect the option to use it at a later date? If so, they will email you the certificate later. It took 45 days for me to receive mine.

Yes, I think I remember reading something to that effect right after I skipped mine as well. Good to know!

I don't remember to be honest. The attached is shown when I log into my windows based computer. I would have ordered a case but using the shopping app via android at the time I skipped using the $30 credit.

Since it says "Scheduled" in that screenshot, you should be getting it 45 days after the device is delivered.

Makes sense , I suppose they want to guarantee I don't get it and then send the phone back hence the large timeline.

I was more curious to see if I had forfeited it since I didn't select to use it at checkout
