Samsung Reactivation lock processing failed

I factory reset my Samsung Galaxy s6. When it was finished resetting the Samsung login screen appeared. It says it was an abnormal factory data reset & says i need to put it my Samsung login info.. When i put in my login info it says "processing failed." ive spent hours on the phone with Samsung tech support trying all of the troubleshooting solutions.. but nothing is working. Now theyre saying i have to provide proof of purchase so i can send the phone to texas to be fixed. ive been locked out of my phone for a week now.. i dont want to wait 2 more weeks for them to fix my phone. Someone please hep!
