How could Apple go any lower in RAM? They are pretty much at bottom.

Well they've shown that they can outperform the best smartphones available with their config. So I don't think they need to do 12gb or 16gb just for bragging rights. They have that in other areas.

not illegal as long as it is not actual size. there are sizing specs but i don't know them. I doubt the secret service will be knocking at your door .

My point was regarding your comment that we don't see Apple lowering RAM.

All in all I think they could use a little more under the hood.

I didn’t buy note 20 ultra this year because of exynos . I love Samsung phones but I won’t buy it till I get snapdragon or similar performing soc in my phone. I didn’t like my s20 plus or knowing it was inferior product just played with my psyche. I couldn’t accept it and switched to iPhone 11 Pro Max. Really wanted to buy note 20 ultra but I know I will never be happy knowing it has that soc so didn’t buy it. You also don’t buy if you feel same way. Samsung is not robbing us, we are being generous buying their product. Not Samsung’s fault.

For someone who may get a Note every year, I can understand where the disappointment of lost features/specs may come from. The last Note I bought was the freaking 4 so you know I am ecstatic about my Ultra this is a major upgrade for me. I forgot how much I loved the Notes till I saw this phone. So, of course, I don't feel ripped off at all, guess you can't miss what you never had.

I can vouch for this. I shot a race event last weekend on my DSLR (with a few videos on my phone), and it was 2000+ photos. I was saving jpeg+ RAW, and it was over 90 GB worth of data in just 8 hours time. My final cut was less than 100 usable jpegs, but I still had to first copy everything to a computer to cull enough to fit on my phone to work on them and get ready for an album. 256 GB combined storage on my phone and it still wasn't enough due to all the apps and such already on it.

I couldn't go back to 128GB. I have 512 on my S10+ and i have used nearly 100GB already with photos and videos and apps. I would need 256 minimum. I won't use sd cards as I have had too many fail.

Its a big deal to me, time is money. 10 minutes every charge is a lot. And that 10 minutes gained is in the first 30 minutes and 10% extra of charging means 45 minutes more of time.

So that 10 minutes savings adds 45 minutes. Multiply that by a hell of a lot of charges and that's big. Maybe you don't take advantage of all that time savings. And the 45w chargers were free with promo credits. Definitely worth it

And in an era when other phone makers are going higher, not lower on charging speeds this is unacceptable. We should have got 60w charging this year. Don't be a sheep and accept what Samsung gives you like Apple customers do with iPhones
