That's an interesting question. I bought a few from Amazon. And I keep one on my keychain, it's been there for yrs. It's convenient, I don't have to go looking for one through my older phone boxes if I change SD Card or something. I didn't even use the one that comes with the phone. But I'm sure they keep it there for the people who are not frequent upgraders and don't have one sitting around somewhere.

A large paper clip works as well

Can't make everyone happy but I have to agree that there is not much improvement from last year's note. The trade in hooked me plus I wanted the smaller device since my arthritis is getting worse.

I got the regular note 20 with the plastic back, no SD card slot, different camera, and so on but this device rocks for me not ever looking back it's here to stay!!!?????

There are Soo many treatments out there it makes my head spin sometimes. I have a prescription the doctor gave me that usually works but the change of weather affects me the worst.

I got the note 20 ultra unlocked version directly from Samsung. No overheating or throttling issues whatsoever.

I have an SD version and even with heavy gaming and a case on it, I don't feel that mine gets hot at all. Warm maybe, but I would not say it's even close to Hot.
