Samsung s10 call 'blow up' and start screeching

[Android Central Question]

I was on a messnger voice call when suddenly on my side it sounded like an explosion occured with the speakers then high pitch and very loud screeching. This continued until I ended the call.

I have issues during calls on all apps people cant hear me even with volte on now so I wonder if it's a update thing where we need to allow some permission or alter settings. The screeching one happens sometimes when I tall to people or pick up right away it hurts so bad sometimes like my ears ring. I ended up resetting my device to get by that but like I said I get people having trouble hearing me and they hearing that screech now lol
