Android Central Question
I record a video as UHD(3840x2160) the option one below UHD 60fps(3840x2160).
The video is nearly 14 minutes long so the video is split by Samsung as per 4k recording requirements.
I merge the clips using the samsung galaxy s10 built in video editor.
Both clips are UHD(3840x2160) shot in 16:9, landscape mode.
It outputs the final video of the two merged clips as 1920x1080p.
What is the reason for this nonsense?
Can somebody please help, I have no idea why something so simple is like this.
If I record on the phone in uhd, the phone splits the clips as uhd but then combines them as 1080p, that is of no use, if I wanted 1080p I would have spent far less money than I have on this piece of technology for recording video.
I will be forever grateful if anyone has any ideas.
Thank you.
