Samsung S20 Email problem

Email from Amazon does go intithe in box .It goes streight into the recycle bin.Amazon emails are not junk/spam.I want to see them.This is really annoying.It is not going into the Spam folder.
Any suggestions please?

Don't know if that's "a thing", but that would happen if there was a rule set up in the client to do that.
