Samsung s3 mini Lock screen and menu button not working and screen flashing

My Samsung s3 mini is acting odd. When I press the menu button it doesn't work neither does the lock screen button, when I wait for the phone to lock itself the phone keeps flashing on every couple of seconds.

This only last a few hours then my phone works normally but it drains the battery. After I charge it the same thing happens again.

Anyone have any ideas.

Try booting in to recovery and wiping your cache partition. That might fix the issue for you.
