Samsung S3 - Not Registered on Network Issue.

Hello,
I have bought a Samsung S3 (i93000) second hand. When I insert my Vodafone Sim into the phone and attempt to make calls, texts, use data a error 'Not Registered on network' appears. I have followed numerous online guides, checked my imei, rooted and flashed software ect...
Yesterday I bought an EE Sim and tried that, it did register on the network and data worked however calls and texts still failed to send/connect but I did not get the 'Not Registered on Network' error message.
Any suggestions? Thankyou in advance,
