Samsung S3 unable store number in Message Center

Hi from Bali
I did one time and had no problem but yesterday after my phone got problems when taking pictures (just turned black and sometimes needed restart or take battery out and start again) so I did "factory reset" but under MESSAGES - SETTINGS and the "MESSAGE CENTER", each time I put the number in same as I had before and same as my wife has on her phone from same provider I get indication
UNABLE TO SAVE CENTER ADDRESS
in my case Telkomsel +6281100000

ANY ADVISE WHAT COULD BE PROBLEM PLEASE ?
