Samsung s4 help

I have a Samsung s4 which keeps on saying your internet connection is unstable and the internet keep dropping any idea on resolving this. I have another Samsung s3 and it also say about internet connection but does drop connection

did you go on wifi menu and click advanced and uncheck avoid poor connection or something close to that my droid maxx says avoid poor connection i forget what samsung phones say

It's "auto switch network"

my phone was working normally and i took the battery off put it back on and the android lil dude pops up and it says downloading do not turn off target. up left on the screen says
