samsung s4 makes sounds when deleting a contact

Hi,

Can anyone help please. My Samsung S4 I think has gone crazy. When I delete a contact the phone will chime and vibrate. When I delete a calendar entry the phone will also chime and vibrate.

How do you turn this off. I cannot find it and it is driving me nuts
