Samsung S4 Speaker Not Working (Except for Alarm)

Hi there,

My Samsung S4 speaker has stopped working. Music will play through headphones when plugged in, and the speaker DOES work when I use my alarm. But no media - audio, video, podcasts etc. will play through the external speaker. Any suggestions?

Have you looked into Settings -> Audio if the volume is not muted?
