Why is it whenever i try sending a video or receiving a video it always comes out really blurry and this is only a 3 seconds video clip. I tried sending it to myself to see if it will come out blurry and it still did. But when i go ahead and watch it from my gallery its crystal clear. I have called my provider to see if this has something to do with the limitation of sending a specific size of video but it isn't. She checked everything for me like my settings and my plan and also she made me update the latest version. She has a samsung S5 and hers is fine. I told her my boyfriend has an S5 too and it does the same exact problem to him. I wanna find a solution to this. This doesn't happen when i had my iphone. And video also comes out blurry when uploaded it to social media, such as facebook and instagram.

It is a result of the limitations of MMS protocols, which govern sending texts to groups, sending attachments and images/video. There are three limits on the max file size allowed: 1 is set by the device, 1 by the carrier the message is sent on and 1 by the app being used to send the MMS. Whatever limitation is the lowest is the maximum file size allowed. The best bet if you want to share videos is to upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube, etc. and send the person a link. Texting videos doesn't work on iOS either via MMS. It only works via iMessage, which is using Apple's servers to transmit the file and thus bypassing the carrier restrictions.
