Samsung S5 is stuck in Ultra Power Save mode and my screen is shades of grey

I was at the Airport with a ow battery, so thought I would switch to Ultra Power save mode until I could reach my charger in my checked luggage. Phone is charged and I am home, but my phone if in Shades of Grey and my settings are the bare basics of WiFi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, Mobile Networks, Location, Sound and Display, and the options under each of these are greatly reduced to just a few. My phone asked me to choose a touch "something" mode option, which I did and now almost all my setting options are missing and none of my larger apps are accessible. Help!
