AC Question

I am able to change the the number dialed when pressing and holding the number 1 on the dial pad. However I am completely baffeled by the inability to use the "desktop" voicemail icon. I get the messages back:
1. "something went wrong contact customer service and teell them error code 9009".
& 2. I receive a text message " 1555900080006200 Error invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. STATUS "

Anyone have any ideas??/ Thanks, Phil

What's the comparison between 555900080006200 and your valid voicemail port number? (Don't put in the leading 1 in cellphones used in North America [the US and Canada] - it's assumed, and can lead some phones to interpret the number incorrectly.) If the number is something like your voicemail number, maybe we can track down where it's being misinterpreted.

Hi Rukbat, The number I was given by consumer cellar for voice mail is "+19802548961" and it works when I press on the dial keypad the number 1 and hold it for 1 second.

Hi again,
I removed the "1" in front of the "+19802548961" and voice mail continues to work, then I removed the + and it still continued to work???

Thanks All
