Samsung s6 edge plus asking for UCM PIN after hard reboot

[AC Question]

I always used either fingerprint or password to unlock phone but after hard reboot of s6 edge plus its now asking for UCM PIN

Contacted Samsung technicians but none are aware of UCM PIN and advised this is first time they have seen something similar

Any one please assist

The most closer definition is : UCM = Unified Communication Manager
is a sort of special code created - For some companies and used for
its Employees for outbound calls. Now why it asks to enter this
code after a hard reboot is unknown. Hope get other replies
