After updating Health app:
"For your security, samsung health can't be opened on a rooted phone.(0x110050null5g1)

2) While clicking for check updates get error of "The operating system on your devce has been modified in an unauthorized way.try downloaddng software updated using smart switch on your pc or visit a customer care centre.

Am waiting for response plz.!

This isn't an official Samsung support forum - nobody here has the power to change anything.

Regarding this: "For your security, samsung health can't be opened on a rooted phone." Well, that's it then... Samsung took (in my opinion) the prudent approach and disabled S-Health on rooted phones. The health app contains sensitive personal information, and they can't control the security of such information on a rooted device.

Perhaps you didn't root the phone, but someone did. And if you want to use apps that access sensitive data, like S-Health, you'll need to un-root the phone (and I know next to nothing about this process, so someone with more experience would have to offer some suggestions - @Rukbat, @Mooncatt, ?). If you don't want to do that, you could try returning it to the point of sale, at which point you could purchase an un-rooted phone and use whatever apps you'd like.
