AC Question
Hello, AC!
Looking for some unbiased opinions (if there's such a thing) over a first-world dilemma I'm currently experiencing. I currently own a Samsung S7 Edge and Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Both brand new in mint condition. However, I can only afford to keep one and I can't make up my mind.
I'm drawn towards the XZP because of its superior specs. It has the latest OS, faster processor, cleaner UI, and battery care. Sony phones seem to have better longevity, while I've heard a lot of scare stories about lagging and battery drain for the S7E after only a few months, probably due to all the bloatware.
The curved screen is the main selling point for the S7E. The chrome finished XZP does look classy but it has bezels for dayssss. I've also compared the cameras and somehow my pictures on the S7E turned out better even in good lighting conditions, which surprised me.
Apart from that, there isn't much to choose between the phones. Both IP68 certified, both have 64gb storage, solid performance, and both have decent battery life (although question marks about S7E's long-term use).
Thanks for your help!
