Hi
Is it possible to get a ring tone when someone phones whilst using a app on the phone.
At the moment it just comes up on the screen that someone is calling
If you put the phone down whilst you have a app open it does not ring
Any ideas please

Mine rings when a call comes in, whether I'm in an app or not. Does this happen with all apps?

Mine still rings even if playing games. Unless maybe you enabled no alerts in games under game tools.
