Samsung S7 not downloading Email attachments

[Android Central Question]

Hi... I have Samsung S7 and recently it will not fully download an email attachment... i dont know how to download the attachment? It also will not forward an email due to it only been partially downloaded. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Many thanks

I remember used to be able to scroll down to the bottom of email... and that would solve the issue, however this doesn't work anymore as there is no option to do this. I have also changed the setting to have no limit on either data or WiFi connections
