Samsung S7 Reset

I'm trying to revive an old S7 and tried to do a factory reset. Now when I try to log in with a Google Account I get the "Uh Oh something went wrong" page or I'll get sent back to the login page. I know the credentials are good and had been used previously on the phone. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you do the factory reset from the system settings or the Recovery Menu?

From the recovery menu. The phone had a PIN that I had no idea what it was.

Undoubtedly. Would I have to change the password back? Or try using the old one?

If it's been more than 72 hours since the password change, you should be able to use the current one.

You could try going to myaccount.google.com, then Security, then go to the section to manage all devices. See if you can sign out remotely from the phone there, and then see if you can sign in on the phone now.
