samsung s7 screen got black patch and warning

hi i need help with my phone it has suddenly got a black screen 75% of it is black.. the top part is blue with a warning message.
please help

all i can see is a blue stripe that says warning. i cant see anything else. ive reset the phone and charged it and the screen worked again for about 5 mins then went back to black again

thank you.. i only had my screen replaced in January by samsung as something happened to the battery and ruined the screen. im going to ring them and see what they say.
