Samsung S8 Original OS

Hi All,

I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 yesterday, the seller said it's brand new in sealed box made in germany.

When I received it and checked it's physical condition, all looks good, sealed box, brand new condition.

What made doubt is that when I checked the OS, it is version 8.0.0 (Oreo), as what I was aware of that the original brand new S8 come with version 7.0.0 (Nougat).

My question is, is it make sense for a brand new Samsung S8 form the factory loaded with version 8.0.0 (oreo)?

Check the manufacturing date. If it's after the S8's Oreo roll-out, yeah, it would ship from the factory like that. If it's a carrier-branded version, that is also a possibility.
