Samsung S8 pop up after call ended

[Android Central Question]

I updated my samsung S8 and ever since then i get a different ring screen. Once i hit answer the old call screen comes up and i have to hit answer again. When i hang up i get a call duration pop up.
I cant figure out how to change this back

I saw this once before. I saw the OP in the older post like this had a different theme installed. I suggested that he restore to factory theme but never got a response so I assumed that was the issue.

I recently started getting the same "remote call" notification. It is a verizon based issue and after a quick call to Verizon support, it is fixed. Apparently, portions of an update got released to some phones and it was not ready to be released yet. I think it was a limited release to find bugs. LOL! That is just my opinion though. However, take a couple of minutes to call in and to cut to the chase, let the rep know that you need to talk with an advanced tech. Hope this helps.
