Samsung SSD ship time?

Anyone ever ordered SSD from Samsung.com directly?

How long does Samsung take to ship a SSD? I plan on buying the 850 Pro with the discount they have.

Does it take 2 - 3 - 4 weeks to ship like their mobile phones?

Or the 1 - 3 business days like they said?

I'd assume as they said. They usually will tell you if delays are to be expected.

I have learned not to take Samsung seriously with their shipping time. Their phones also say 1 - 3 business days but really, it takes 2 to a max of 4 weeks to get it.

So that's why I'm asking anyone who's actually ordered from them what's the shipping time.

I never had that issue with Samsung. Only if you get back ordered such as when you order a day or two after preorders start. From an SSD stand point it shouldn't have any delay. They aren't back logged on them.

Have you ordered it yet? Have yo looked at other online retailers? I checked some of the prices on Samsung's site, and they are on par with Amazon and Newegg.
