Samsung Stock Browser Keeps Popping Up

Anyone know why this might be happening? The stock browser periodically pops up. Some sort of Adware?

This kind of thing has been associated with Peel Remote -- do you have it installed? If so, uninstall or disable it.

Also double check notifications in Samsung browser settings and clear recent history
