My wife got burned by the watch. Samsung had me send the watch to there service center. They said they couldn't duplicate problem and offered a buyback. I agree and was only required to give name and mailing address.
Then I get a registered letter from there lawyers demanding all kinds of personal information. I refused and now they won't answer emails.

If you're in legal proceedings with Samsung, you should consult an attorney or participate in good faith with their arbitration process, which you agreed to unless you mailed them to opt out within the designated period after activating the product.

To u r claiming that your wife was physically hurt by the wacth.....of course third attorneys will be requesting all the info....and like Mario said, if you didn't opt out, too bad.....nobody seems to read what they are signing up for anymore.
