Samsung tab 3, Google docs and Google Play not working! What should I do?

None of my google apps are working! it just keeps loading when I tap a document (on google docs, spreads, etc) google play will not work as well, i have tried to uninstall updates like someone sudgested but it does nothing and I am scared to try anything else that might damage my device! a message keeps popping up saying, 'Unfortunately the process com.google.prossess has stoped'( somthing like that) so please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Moved this to the Tab 3 forum. Try booting into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16226

what does that mean, "personal data" like it won't erase anything, just fix it?

The instructions are in the link I put in my previous post. Personal data means any files or settings that belong to you. Cached data is all temporary, so wiping the cache partition won't affect any of your normal activities.
