Samsung Tab S6 in the Mail. Who has one here with Note 10?

Damn it, stop TEMPTING me! My beloved Galaxy S4 is not quite 2, and still runs like a champ! OTOH, Christmas is coming....

S4 is a great table. I decided to go with the latest. I do keep my tablets for a very long time. Last tablet I got was tab s2, kids still using them. The S6 that will be here next week is kids restricted toy! Hehehe

I had a S2 that was stolen and I replaced it with a S3. When I got the deal on my S4 I gave the S3 away to a friend.

I just got the Tab S6 yesterday and really like it. I do have a little issue with the messaging syncing - I have it set where I can send and receive messges on the tablet using the Note 10's phone number. It works well, then will show not sending on the tablet, but the message is sent on the phone and the recipient replied. Just a bug for now I'm sure.

Are you able to see all notifications on the tablet? I was hopping that is the case but I am afraid it is not? I am aware you can interact with calls and texts but I am also interested if you are able to see all notifications, similar to Link to Windows.

I too have both, Note 10+ & S6, 256 on both.
I came from an LG V30 and Samsung S3 tablet. And as @buzzy3970 said: "you'll love the integration".
I am more than super happy!

I was hoping for the new galaxy book s with the Snapdragon processor that was supposed to be available in September but there's no sign of it yet, but there's now talks of two different Intel powdered ones instead.
Not that I really need a PC/laptop at the moment, I have the Note 10 plus I can use in DeX mode and an Asus C 434 Chromebook

oh man, got tablet today and setting up now. typing this Dex using Samsung Keyboard cover. Holly cats lol. don't wake me up if i'm dreaming. so far likey very much. trying to get used to the small form keyboard but i think that's just a matter of time. So far, very very impressed.

Have both and can tell you that you'll love the integration. If you're like me you will also get more use out of the s-pen with the tab s6 than the note 10. Enjoy your new toy...

Yes that's my main aim to get the Tab: to be able to sync with my note 10 plus. Haven't got it yet but if I see more positive comments like this I think I will.

What's your best example of 'integration'?
Like mine would be: I do a lot of image editing on pixel lab and video editing on KineMaster.
I get most of my source images and videos from WhatsApp. So I should be able to start on my phone and continue on to my tablet. (Much like the Adobe creative cloud). Is that possible?

S-pen too. Very unhappy with my note 10+ s-pen screen sensitivity. Note 9 was spot on.
So maybe use my tab S6 s pen.

I think it's cool they are interchangeable. I just tested it out - they both work on both devices - just need to make sure the Note 10's pen is removed before trying the Tab's pen on it.

There's a setting to disable that on the Note 10, think it will use up a little more battery though but you could always set up a Bixby command for it

Have unlocked wifi. November Security and finger print patch came in last week. Love this thing. Amazing tablet

Here's mine - a Sprint Lte version. I currently use a bluetooth keyboard with it. I also have a dash holder for it - use it as my main gps in the vehicle for my 2nd work.

I got a new ipad 10.2 for only $250 plus $40 Logitech Crayon for note taking. Too good a deal versus the Samsung S Pen tablets and syncs with MS One Note along with my Note 10+

Can anyone that has both confirm if you can get calls and texts on the tablet like the old Side Sync used to do? I know it's be replaced with Samsung Flow but I loved Samsung Sidesync on my old Tab S years ago and would like something similar again.

Yep, you don't need any of these anymore. Texting and calling is synced up between Note 10+ and Tab s6. It is in the settings. Just enable it on both devices and you are good to go. Works like a charm. Same Samsung messaging app is already on tab s6 out of the box. Used it multiple times, works flawlessly.
