I was looking at Alliance Shield yesterday. I still have a working version of PDP for now, so I don't need it, but Alliance Shield info said you have to sign up for an account for it to work. Did you do that, Nea?

How do I disable it? The disable button is greyed out .

You can use either Package Disabler Pro or Alliance Shield. I'd recommend AS if you don't have either already. You can get it in the Play store. You have to sign up for a free account with them for it to work.

Also Alliance Shield has addon blocker it definitely does much more then Package Disabler

Ok so I was trying out Alliance , but it's messing up my ability to upload stuff. I was trying to upload some documents in an up but it kept saying there was no internet connection. Once I uninstalled Alliance it worked. What settings do I need to keep Alliance from blocking or messing up my internet? Y'all know I'm slow when it comes to these things. Lol

That's odd i never touched settings all i did was disable some apps and turned on Firewall

I have that private DNS from Adguard set. You think that might be interfering with Alliance?

Probably turn it off.

I was curious about Alliance with all this mention of it but when it mentioned AdBlock I immediately thought about AdGuard. AdGuard is one of my favs but it doesn't play with other apps that adblock or vpn.

Yep they definitely don't get along. Everything worked after I cut off Adguard DNS, but the AdBlock on Alliance didn't block ads in my apps. Lol
