Samsung Update Screen

Hello, since 2 weeks my screen at Samsung Update Software of Samsung Smart manager keeps loading and hanging on 1 screenmoment. Waiting and waiting and it does nothing, also my battery is killing while standing on that screen.

Allready did, Volume button, home and start but it wont help after rebooting the system.

Are you saying you already successfully wiped the cache, or that you tried the button sequence but nothing happened? And did you power off first before pressing the button sequence?

Still loading and loading with the same screen and its not moving arround.
