Just wondering if Samsung's lack of response to answer questions is something unique to me.

I've had problems with Find My Mobile not detecting my phone, always 'off'. I sent Samsung support a message via their support web page. They responded quicly that they would have it fixed by the 20th July, a wait of over 20 days! When the problem wasn't fixed by their deadline, no reply to my request for an update on the problem.

The other ptoblem is Samsung Knox not updating current location information on their web pages. Firstly, support was quick to inform me to click the big blue 'Refresh Location' button, but after sending screenshots of outdated location data on their site showing where I was over 6 hours ago on that day, no reply for over a week.

This is really bad service. Why not just admit it doesn't work properly if that is the case?
