Samsung, where the hell is my rebate check?

So, it seems noone has received the rebate check yet. I got my confirmation on 11/11/14.

Therein lies the problem - all advertising and offer details pointed towards it being Samsung. The first time I heard/read PrizeLogic, was in the "Congratulations" email... of course, my wife would tell you "I never read everything"!!!

Just got this reply from Samsung:

"Hi Jim, we appreciate your patience and do apologize for the wait. We have been working closely with PrizeLogic to ensure our customers receive their rebates as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the volume of rebates was so high that they are currently taking a little longer than expected. At this time we do not have a specific time frame but so long as you have your confirmation, you will receive yours. Again, we do apologize this is taking longer than expected!"

I don't think they expected so many people to take them up on this offer - DUH!

It will probably be a debit card and not a check. I did my trade-in through TMO and it was credited to my account.

My confirmation email says "rebate check", but a debit card would be OK, too. As long as I can spend it on more goodies.

Same here, got approved on 11/11/14 and 8 weeks past, still no sign of checks or anything like that.
I was worried mailman lost it but then I saw this post~great, I am not the only one waiting~

I kind of figured this type of thread would appear, that's why I went with BestBuy and the instant rebate card there.

Well, it figures, they are now violating their own terms and conditions, it is beyond the 8 weeks they stated. If we go by when the submission went in, then we are closer to 3 months. They now are passing the blame to Samsung!

No Sir. The Gear S $200 visa card was through a Comcast/Verizonwireless deal.

Most likely. Prize logic is a major fulfillment center, they won't jeopardize future contracts with Samsung and other companies over this.

Mine came today but it is not the correct amount. I thought it was supposed to be $200.00 minus trade of $17.10 which would equal $182.90. I got a check for $155.00. Where has the other $27.90 gone to?

I just did the best buy. Gave them an iPhone 3GS I had in a drawer for a few years. They instantly gave me a $200 gift card and I used it towards the phone. The samsung thing seemed to complicated. Glad I did the best buy way.
